📍 Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across all deliverable pincodes in India through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket, which works with leading courier services.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

Your order will be packed and shipped within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
You can expect delivery within 4–7 working days, depending on your location.

🚫 Cash on Delivery

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through our secure checkout.

📦 Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all our products across India.

✉️ Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automated email with your order confirmation.
Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email and/or phone number to follow your parcel’s journey.

📮 Address Changes

If you need to make a change to the delivery address after placing your order, and if it hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us immediately.
If your order is already shipped, changes can only be made through the Shiprocket tracking page, depending on courier support. In such cases, we cannot guarantee address changes.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

We offer returns or replacements only in case of product damage.

To be eligible:

  • Please share a video of the unboxing (without cuts or edits) as proof within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

No unboxing video = no claim.
